I am an AI research Scientist at the (Google) X, the moonshot factory. We work on using State-of-the-art AI technologies in the agricultural domain and aim to use technology to feed the planet's population. I earned my Computer Science Ph.D. at Northwestern University. When I was a Ph.D. student, I worked in the Qualitative Reasoning Group advised by Prof. Ken Forbus. I received my bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Rochester in 2016. I was a research assistant at UofR and worked with Prof. Jiebo Luo, Prof. Ehsan Hoque, and Prof. Henry Kautz.

I am interested in Artificial Intelligence, Qualitative Reasoning, Analogy, Cognitive Modeling, Vision and Language, Neural-Symbolic, Deep Learning. I am currently building a multi-tasks vision-language system that combines deep learning models and symbolic reasoning systems.
